Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Orders
Items being shipped outside the USA will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible for paying the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country of destination. Devicewear is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the importation of products into countries other than the USA. The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country.

Devicewear is required by law to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid.
Returns
We know that sometimes clothing looks better in store or in pictures than it does in your home. You may feel that same way about your Devicewear purchase as well. With Devicewear, you can rest assured that your purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Refunds for Non-Defective Products
When you purchase a Devicewear case from Devicewear.com, you may return the product if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and Devicewear will refund the amount paid for the returned product minus the shipping charges. Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of the original order for a refund.
Refunds for Defective Products
WHAT IS COVERED?
Devicewear warrants that this product (the “Product”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date (“Limited Warranty Period”).
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
• Normal wear and tear of Product use
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
• Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
• Product that has been modified or altered
• Any product that is not manufactured by Devicewear (including, without limitation, any non-Devicewear product that is used in connection with the Product)
To make a claim, simply contact us and explain the defect (sending pictures also helps). Devicewear will provide return authorization instructions. Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this limited warranty, and Devicewear’s sole and entire liability is, at Devicewear’s option, to repair or replace the defective Product or refund the purchase price of the defective Product within 30 days. Devicewear reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable Product warranty period.
Devicewear is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Devicewear. We recommend that you ship your returned products via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Promptly following receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), you will be sent a replacement product. Devicewear will not provide a refund for a non-defective product that is received by Devicewear more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Returns for non-defective personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted. Devicewear also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Glass Screen Protector Returns
Devicewear's Spectra Series glass screen protector products are made to last for the useful life of your wireless device. If our product becomes scratched, broken or is otherwise damaged while protecting your device, we will replace the product by way of our warranty replacement program. This warranty also covers damage caused by the user during the initial application of the product.
